The role as Account Manager is to work alongside with the field sales team in supporting the business, while remain aligned with strategies, commitments, and goals of the organization. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for project delivery team and customers alike, focusing on customer experience, contract management and overall management of customer relationship. 

Roles and Responsibilities

Client Engagement:

  • Partner with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

  • Elevate the client experience by facilitating product demos and gathering valuable feedback.

  • Act as a dedicated liaison between clients and our organization, ensuring seamless communication. • Resolve client issues promptly, building trust and rapport through exceptional after-sales support.

Project Support:

  • Conduct product demos and gather customer feedback.

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers to define customer needs and prioritize product features.

  • Serve as a primary contact for merchants, ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and customer communications.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.

  • Dedicated to clients and driven to surpass their expectations.

  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, a trusted advisor to clients.

  • Team player, actively supporting user requirements clarification.

  • Adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.

  • Open to traveling.

  • Able to read, speak & write in Mandarin.

  • Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
